Student Demographic Reports: Each student will be bringing home a demographic report today. Please check it over carefully and update as needed. There is a signature required on the last page. Once checked and signed please send back to the homeroom teacher.
5-1 and 5-2 Math: We started a fun new challenge in math today. Part of this work is around using Nerd candies. The kids were banned from eating the nerds because so many people will be counting them, chance of allergies, and germs....But I did tell the kids if they want to eat the nerds then they need to convince an adult at home to buy them for them. If parents or guardians do feel inclined to buy them a package of nerds I would love it if they would count all the nerds first. I would love to see if their at home results aligned with our work here at the school. More information to come on Friday!
